Reservation Policy
Please review this information carefully and follow the steps provided in your confirmation email. If you need to modify, cancel, or fail to arrive for your voyage, the following terms will apply.

• A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard (USD, GBP, or Euro), and American Express (GBP).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are based on the total booking amount and the time remaining before departure:

• 301 days or more prior to sailing – Deposit only (15% of the booking price)

• 300 to 241 days – 25% of booking price

• 240 to 181 days – 50% of booking price

• 180 to 91 days – 75% of booking price

• 90 days or fewer – 100% of booking price

Note: If full payment has been made, 15% will be treated as the deposit portion.

Future Cruise Credit (Transfer Option)

• 301 days or more before departure – Transfers allowed at no charge.

• 300 to 181 days before departure – Transfer fees apply:

  • £500 for staterooms ($650 / €600)

  • £1000 for suites ($1300 / €1200)

• 180 to 91 days before departure – Transfer permitted with a 20% fee based on total booking price.

• 90 days or fewer – Transfers are not available.

The remaining balance will be converted into a promotional code valid toward a future KK Signature Voyage. This credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may be used one time only.

Amendment charges are non-refundable if the reservation is later canceled.

Shortly after final payment, most full-ship charter cruises become non-refundable.
