Reservation Policy: Please read this document carefully and follow the instructions found in the confirmation e-mail. In case you need to change, cancel, or do not show up, this reservation policy will apply.

– An initial deposit for a guaranteed reservation will be required
– Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MC (USD, GBP & Euro) & American Express (GBP)

Charges are calculated based on the full booking price and the number of days prior to the trip’s commencement:

• 301 days or more before departure – Deposit only (15% of the booking price)
• 300–241 days before departure – 25%
• 240–181 days before departure – 50%
• 180–91 days before departure – 75%
• 90 days or less before departure – 100%

Note: If payment was made in full, 15% is considered a deposit.

Future Cruise Credit Option (Transfer)

• 301 days or more before departure – Transfers may be made at no extra cost.
• 300–181 days before departure – A small transfer fee will apply:
  – £500 for a stateroom transfer ($650 /€600)
  – £1000 for a suite transfer ($1300/€1200)
• 180–91 days before departure – Transfers will be allowed with a 20% fee of your total booking price.
• 90 days or less before departure – Transfers are not possible.

The remaining balance will be issued as a promotional code, valid for use toward one future cruise booking only.

This code is non-refundable and non-transferable and can only be redeemed once.

Please note that amendment charges are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Shortly after final payment, most full-ship charter cruises become non-refundable.
