Your adventure begins with a night at the exquisite Alvear Palace in Buenos Aires on January 14th. The following day, we’ll set sail on our Antarctic journey, exploring the breathtaking landscapes and wildlife.
Here are the key details of the cruise:
- Your adventure begins in Buenos Aires on January 14 – One Night in Buenos Aires Hotel – Alvear Palace
- Your charter flight Rio to Ushuaia is included – estimated morning departure.
- Embarkation on the ship January 15th in Ushuaia
- Disembarkation: January 25th and board a charter flight from Ushuaia to Buenos Aires (EZE)
- Your flight back to Buenos Aires will return to the International Airport (EZE). If you are booking a connection plan for a departure after 6 pm.

The Next day guests have a flight included from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia and we will board the ship that day.
After the cruise the flight from Ushuaia is included to Buenos Aires, transfers to airport are included as well but that is just the end of the voyage.

Full payment is required 6 (six) months prior to the sailing date.
All Suites have a fee of $450.00 p/p; this fee will be added to your total and to your payment plan to cover Port Charges, Taxes, Document Fees, Gratuities, Administration, and Security Fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Between 12 months or more prior to the event – Penalty of $300 USD p/p
Between 12 Months and 9 months prior to the event – Penalty of $500 USD p/p
Between 9 months 6 months prior to the event – Penalty of $750 USD p/p
Between 6 months and departure date – NO refund
*Reservations paid with credits from past events, rescheduled events, or canceled bookings are non-refundable.
Please note: All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 60-minutes prior to the published sailing time or they will not be permitted to sail
Name changes: One name may be changed up to the last payment date listed above in the payment and cancelation policy, provided one of the original names remains on the reservation. After the final payment date, no name changes are permitted.
Fare Guarantee: Guests may be eligible for fare adjustment if the fare for their particular cruise sailing and same cabin category is reduced after they have made a booking and deposit has been received. A written request for a fare adjustment 60 days or more prior to their sailing date is required. Requests for reimbursement received 59 days prior, on or after the sailing date will be denied. The fare adjustment provided under this guarantee will be in the form of a onboard credit, future cruise credit or payment towards a cabin upgrade. The amount of fare adjustment the guests receive will be determined by the difference between the fare actually paid by the guest and the fare displayed on the company’s official website the day the request is received. The fare must be bookable and the same cabin category must be available. This fare adjustment is a one-time adjustment.
